Comprehensive Education Program from Istanbul’s Migrant Health Centers
Migrant Health Centers (GSM) and Enhanced Migrant Health Centers (GGSM) in various districts of Istanbul organized intensive education programs in schools, centers, and community spaces during September and October.
In schools: Training sessions were held on peer bullying, peer kindness, technology addiction, and cyberbullying.
At the Centers: Educational sessions were held on vaccine-preventable diseases, responsible medication use, reproductive health, adolescence, breastfeeding, heart health, hygiene, and dental health.
Women’s Health and Psychosocial Support: Educational sessions were organized on combating violence against women, mental health changes before and after childbirth, personal development, and menopause.
