Adana Migrant Health Centers Reach Seasonal Agricultural Workers in the Field
Migrant Health Centers continue their outreach activities targeting groups that are disadvantaged in accessing health services. In this context, teams visiting areas where seasonal agricultural workers live in the Karataş district of Adana provided both health screenings and preventive services.
A team formed by the Tuzla Migrant Health Center carried out an outreach activity in the Karagöçer, Tuzla, and Tabaklar neighborhoods of the Karataş district of Adana. The team, consisting of a social worker, psychologist, nurse, support staff, and counselor, conducted household visits to assess the needs in the area and carried out vaccination efforts.
