Triple Health Services in Adana
Migrant Health Centers brought preventive health services to the field and different segments of society in Adana through three different initiatives spread over a week.
In the Seyhan district of Adana, teams from the Gülbahçesi Migrant Health Center first conducted field interviews in the Fevzipaşa neighborhood. Then, the same team met with students at Abdulkadir Karakoç Elementary School to provide education on the topics of “Privacy and Proper Touch” and “Peer Bullying.”
In the Yüreğir district, staff from the Akıncılar Enhanced Migrant Health Center visited homes in the Atakent neighborhood to meet with families. Additionally, a program held in the Sarıçam district completed a comprehensive health literacy training for women in the area.
