Visit by Officials from the General Directorate of Public Health to Migrant Health Centers (Gaziantep)In order to examine the services provided at Migrant Health Centers and evaluate the work carried out, a delegation consisting of Muhammed Zahid KAYA, Director of the Migration Health Department at the General Directorate of Public Health, Uğur Şahin, Advisor to the Minister and Advisor to the Director General, and Ömer Alsancak, Advisor to the Director General and Internal Auditor, conducted a series of visits in Gaziantep.
As part of the program, a comprehensive review was conducted covering many Migrant Health Centers operating in Gaziantep. The centers visited included Gaziantep Tekstilkent GGSM, Barak GGSM, Şahinbey GGSM, Karacaoğlan GGSM, Kayaönü GGSM, and Gazikent GGSM. The delegation also inspected the health centers under construction in Şahintepe as part of the SHIFA Project.
On the same day, the delegation visited Gaziantep Bülbülzade GGSM, Ertuğrulgazi GGSM, Güneş GGSM, and Kolejtepe GGSM, where they received detailed information from officials about the work carried out and the health services provided at these centers.
During the visits, the operation of the centers, the scope and quality of the health services provided, and the difficulties and needs encountered in the field were evaluated on site. The visits are intended to contribute to planning and improvement efforts aimed at developing the services provided at Migrant Health Centers.
