Health Literacy Training and Mobile Services Implemented in Batman
On November 20, 2025, Batman No. 1 Migrant Health Center conducted various training and health services both in schools and in the field.
During the education session held at Cumhuriyet Primary School, children were informed about “privacy,” “appropriate touch,” and “coping with peer bullying.” Awareness activities aimed at developing safe behavior among students were completed. On the same day, a team consisting of doctors, nurses, and social workers from the center went out into the field as part of the mobile health and outreach service and provided health literacy training to mothers on topics such as privacy, appropriate touch, methods for dealing with peer bullying, and family planning.

These efforts aim to strengthen preventive health services and raise awareness in Batman.
