Health Literacy and Field Services in Kayseri and Malatya
Throughout November, various activities were carried out in Kayseri and Malatya as part of the project to raise health awareness among children and the community.
On November 14, the Malatya Battalgazi Strengthened Migrant Health Center organized a mobile health and outreach service. The team, consisting of doctors, nurses, social services, and referral personnel, provided information, guidance, and basic health services in the field.
These activities aim to strengthen health awareness among different age groups and increase access to services.
On November 19, a training session on “Personal Hygiene” was held for third and fourth grade students at the Kayseri Mustafa Tatar Primary School. The program explained to students the importance of hygiene in daily life, hand washing habits, and basic personal care rules; the training ended with answering students' questions.
