SUMAR Project Monitoring and Evaluation Meetings Have Started
The Technical Assistance Team (TAT), led by a consortium under GOPA, held a series of meetings at the Ministry of Health within the scope of the “Technical Assistance for Monitoring the Performance of the EU’s Support to Refugees in Türkiye (SUMAR)” project. The meetings aimed to monitor and evaluate the performance of the SIHHAT Project.
On behalf of the SUMAR Technical Assistance Team, Dr. Melita Petanovic and Alkım Atabay conducted monitoring visits on 3–4 November 2025 and met with Deputy Director General of Public Health Assoc. Prof. Hamit Harun Bağcı, Head of Migration Health Department Muhammed Zahid Kaya, other relevant department heads, and SIHHAT Project experts to exchange information about the project.
As part of their work, the Technical Assistance Team will also carry out various field visits in the upcoming period.
